1. GENERAL

1.1. These terms of offer for sale (“Supply Terms”) apply to products purchased via www.gorevizon.com which is a website managed by REVIZON CONSULTING GROUP (“Company” or “Goreizon” or “We” or “Us”  and its successors and assigns). Under these Supply Terms the users of the website will be referred to as (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User” or “Customers”).

1.2. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF OFFER FOR SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE, TERMS BY THE VENDOR OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE WHICH ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY (“ADDITIONAL TERMS”). IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE SUPPLY TERMS AND THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, THE ADDITIONAL TERMS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE IN RELATION TO THAT SALE.

1.3. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SUPPLY TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE FOR ANY PURCHASE.

2. BUSINESS

2.1. The Website is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services (“Services”) offered by third party vendors and service providers (“Vendor/s”). Title to the merchandise (“Products”) will pass directly from the Vendors to You.

2.2. Gorevizon has the right to change or discontinue any Service at any time, without notice. Gorevizon may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. Gorevizon shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services.

3. PRODUCT

3.1. Gorevizon enables sale of a variety of Products. SHIPPING for all the products on the Website shall be per the company’s policy, which may be changed by Gorevizon from time to time.

3.2. In case, you receive a damaged Product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at [email protected]. Damage will be assessed in 1-2 days and a solution will be offered. The piece may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue.

4. SERVICES

4.1. You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the Products purchased by You and Gorevizon shall not be liable for any such action.

4.2. You represents that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

4.3. Gorevizon shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Products purchased on the Website.

5. PRICING INFORMATION

5.1. The Pricing Information relating to the Product shall be as disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

5.2. Gorevizon strives to cause to provide You the best prices possible on Products You buy via the Website. However, Gorevizon does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to You.

5.3. While Gorevizon strives to provide accurate information relating to Products, services including pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a Product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Gorevizon may, at its discretion, either contact You for instructions or cancel Your order and notify You of such cancellation. Gorevizon will have the right to modify the price of the Product and contact You for further instructions via e-mail address provided by You at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify You of such cancellation. If Gorevizon cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to Your account from which the payment was made.

5.4. The following discount coupons are not allowed to be used during the sale period: Employee discounts, Employee Referrals & Sign-up Promotion (FTC). All vouchers which are equivalent to cash will still be applicable – Customer referral codes and vouchers, Large Cart Vouchers, Any replacement/gift vouchers customers might have received.
Gorevizon reserves the right to change the discounts offered at any time during the sale and without prior notice.

5.5. Gorevizon Interiors: All product discounts will be applicable on furniture which is part of the Gorevizon Interiors orders also.

6. CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You might be required to provide Your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard You agree to provide correct and accurate credit / debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit / debit card that is not lawfully owned by You. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit / debit card details. Gorevizon expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit / debit card.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Gorevizon before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. If Your order is not serviceable by delivery partners or the Vendor or the area is not covered, we will request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on delivery partner’s/Vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Gorevizon, Gorevizon will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. Gorevizon doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India.

In case You book multiple orders for the Products and Services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible. If You purchase multiple Products in a single transaction you may provide separate shipping addresses for each Product.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS: –

8.1. Cancellation prior to delivery – You can cancel your order for any product (except made-to-order products) at any time prior to its delivery by logging in to your account and selecting the ‘Request cancellation’ option.

For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per our refunds policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to the customer’s home for delivery purposes.

8.2. Cancellation at the time of delivery – In case you’re unhappy with a product, you can return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery.

8.3. Cancellation after delivery – Products once delivered cannot be returned. On the off chance that you receive a damaged or defective product, our delivery team will try to repair it on the spot or issue a replacement based on the product issue. This decision lies with the delivery team. In case there is manufacturing defects post delivery, we will treat it as an After Sales complaint. Such products will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by our After Sales Specialists.

8.4. Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS: –

8.5. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our customer service team at +91 9599064301 or by writing in to [email protected].

8.6. Upon receiving your complaint, Gorevizon shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If Gorevizon thinks that the complaint is genuine, Gorevizon will take the necessary action(s) required to resolve it.

8.7. In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

a) Please notify Gorevizon of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Gorevizon shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to replace the order.

b) Any product(s) you wish to return should be in an unused condition. In the product is found to be used, a return/replacement cannot be issued.

c) If required, Gorevizon will arrange for a pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. However, in non-serviceable areas, you will be required to deliver the product to our nearest Delivery Centre (in a different city from your city) at your own cost and risk within 7 (seven) days of your complaint.

d) Home decor products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc

e) The returned products will be subject to verification and checks by Gorevizon in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return request. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. Also, if the complaint is frivolous or baseless, Gorevizon reserves the right to take legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Gorevizon in this regard.

8.8. If a product returned is duly accepted by Gorevizon, Gorevizon may take either of the following step-:

a) If the product can be repaired at your delivery address/residence, Gorevizon will get the same repaired there and then; or

b) If the product can be repaired at the service centre, Gorevizon will get the same repaired and send it back to you, subject to the logistic mode as provided above; or

c) If the product is not available with the vendor, Gorevizon shall replace the product with a similar product of your choice of the similar amount. In the event the amount of the replaced product is more that the amount of the original product, you will be required to pay the differential amount and if the amount of the replaced product is less that the amount of the original product, Gorevizon will give you a promo code of the differential amount for further use.

REFUNDS: –

8.9. If you are eligible for a refund or a promo code (as the case may be), the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines -:

a) The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Gorevizon.

b) The refund amount for the order paid vide cash on delivery option, will be initiated within 4-6 working days, and the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT.

c) The refund vides a promo code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Gorevizon.

d) A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by customer or Gorevizon.

9. Shipping and Delivery

9.1 Please see terms relating to shipping, delivery and cancellation on the Website.

9.2 In case we are yet to start operations and post sales services in your City, whenever we find it operationally possible, we may deliver the product at your doorstep (provided the transportation cost is borne by you at actuals). For such areas we will not be able to provide installation service and the products will not be covered under any warranty. However, if possible, we may be able to solve for any post sales related issues and provide installation services, only if you get the product to the nearest Delivery Center (in a different city from your city) at your own cost and risk. Please get in touch with the customer service at the call centre for further enquiries.

9.3 Please note we and our Vendors do not give any kind of after sales service where the sales have been made to corporate offices.

9.4 Please note the prices on our website are subject to price fluctuations, due to various factors. Once an order is placed by you, you will be liable to pay such amount as was displayed on the date of the order and the invoice.

10. Warranties and Claims.

10.1. Please note the standard warranties and the conditions for usage of the Products in relation to each Product. No claim (a) that is contrary to the above or (b) where Products have been used contrary to the conditions of usage; will be entertained.

10.2. If products are delivered to cities we do not service, we are unable to support you with after sales related service/warranty as offered to our serviceable cities. Also, we will be able to solve for any post sales related issues, if any, only if you get the product to be serviced to the nearest Delivery Center (in a different city from your city) at your own cost and risk.

11. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

11.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gorevizon from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Gorevizon that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to these Supply Terms or any Additional Terms applicable to the purchase of Products.

11.2. In no event shall Gorevizon, its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to You, the Vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Gorevizon has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Your purchase of the products and services herein. Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Gorevizon’s entire liability to You under this Terms of Offer For Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from You, under which the unlikely liability arises.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Supply Terms and the relationship between You and Gorevizon shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

12.2. All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms of Offer For Sale or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and Gorevizon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi District and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
