Summer Granola Parfait
Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp honey, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 ¼ cup Kellogg’s Granola Almonds & Cranberries, 1 small ripe mango diced, 1 tbsp sugar, Juice of ¼ lime, 1 tbsp chia seeds, Fresh strawberries, mango & mint leaves for garnish
Step 1: Combine diced mango, lime juice, chia seeds and sugar in a hand chopper to form the mango salsa. Chill this overnight.
Step 2: Next morning, whisk honey & vanilla extract into the Greek yoghurt. Make the parfait by adding layers of mango salsa, Kellogg’s Granola and honey yoghurt in a serving glass.
Step 3: Add some Kellogg’s Granola with almonds & cranberries on top and garnish with fresh cut mango, strawberries and sprigs of mint. Drizzle some honey for the final touch. Kick start your day with delicious Summer Granola Parfait.
Granola Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients: 150g Kellogg’s Granola Chocolate & Almonds, 15g dried cranberries, 1 tbsp honey, 100g Greek yoghurt, ½ Banana, 5g cocoa powder, 25g Dark Chocolate, Fresh red currants, Mint leaves for garnish
Step1: Blend together half a frozen banana, dark chocolate, cocoa powder and Greek yoghurt until completely smooth. Add honey for sweetness. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and leave it to chill for a couple of hours.
Step 2: Add a generous amount of Kellogg’s Granola Chocolate & Almonds on top of the smoothie. Sift some cocoa powder over the bowl.

Ingredients: Kellogg’s Granola Almonds & Cranberries, 2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt, 1 Apple, 1 Peach, Fresh Blueberries, 1 Tsp Honey
